A Youth Leadership Summit by students, for students, with YOU!

We all hear the word "leadership" tossed around, but what does it actually mean? Why is it important? How do you become a leader?

These are the questions we ask and work to answer at the 4-day youth leadership summit sponsored by the Leadership Institute at Harvard College. Taught by a team of Harvard students with leading guest speakers, this prestigious experience turns kids into leaders by empowering them with the skills, confidence and mentors to lead positive change in their communities.

Students not only learn about the concept of leadership, but they also practice it by designing team solutions to community problems. We teach leadership through action, so don't worry, this program promises not to be boring!
